Elizabeth Donato, iEnglish Program Coordinator

Elizabeth Donato feels privileged to be a Language Facilitator at the Immigrant Welcome Center! She has lived in Portland, ME (Wabanaki Land) for the majority of her life an has witnessed its kindness and welcoming spirits toward new immigrants. She loves the city just as much as she loves cotton candy flavored ice cream (dairy free) from Cold Stone Creamery. As an iEnglish Program Facilitator, Elizabeth is committed to bringing awareness of the resources available for new immigrants and to the larger immigrant communities. During her free time, Elizabeth loves visiting her nieces and nephews and watching them play in their basketball games.
