Join us for our first Small Business Start Up for New Mainers class at the Greater Portland Immigrant Welcome Center in downtown Portland, ME. This two (2) hour workshop will provide an overview of Small Business Administration (SBA) programs and the basics of starting your own business. We'll cover topics on market research, legal entities, financing your small business, business plans, and more. We will also talk about the official SBA Resource Partners and how to contact them so you can continue planning your new business with free local mentors and advisors.
