iEnglish at Work & Partner Sites

Through the iEnglish Partner Program, we collaborate with employers across Greater Portland to bring high-quality English classes directly to workplaces. This program helps employees develop the language skills they need to succeed on the job, while allowing employers to fully leverage the diverse talents of their team.

Why Partner with iEnglish?

Our on-site English classes remove common barriers like transportation, scheduling, and waitlists, making it easier for employees to improve their language skills. With better communication, employees feel more engaged, and confident in their roles.

How It Works

We work with each partner to design a program that fits their team’s needs and schedule. A typical program includes:

Duration: 12 weeks of on-site instruction
Frequency: Two 90-minute classes per week, scheduled to minimize disruption
Instruction & Support: ESOL-certified teacher, course materials, regular updates, and a final progress report.
